RITE  OF  BABALON

 

An original ritual by Frater Lux Summos Deus

 

A ritual designed to invoke the BEAST and BABALON,

to create a magical child by the 2=0 formula,

and deliver that energy unto our lady BABALON.

 

 

 

Outline

 

1.     Prepare Temple for 2=0 working.

 

2.     Prepare Enochian elements of ritual.

    

3.     Prepare meal for cakes of light.

 

4.     All participants to be robed as per the “Lion” and “Eagle”.

 

5.     Rituals are as follows:

 

a)     Striking of Bell 3-5-3 & Opening of the temple by declaration of “Will”;

b)     Perform Star Ruby;

c)      Perform Star Sapphire;

d)     Reading of Liber AL vel Legis - Random chapter & verse selection;

e)     Reading of preliminary prayer;

f)       Invocation of Holy Guardian Angel;

g)     Strike Bell once;

h)    Call of the First Key;

i)       Call of the Angelic Key;

j)       Call of the Second Key;

k)     Strike Bell Seven times;

l)       Key Call of Third Aether;

m)  Call of the Seventh Key;

n)    Invocation of the BEAST by the men, and BABALON by the women;

o)     Dance of BABALON and the BEAST;

p)     Copulation between the BEAST and BABALON;

q)     Creation of the magical child by the 2=0 formula;

r)      Creation of the cakes of light;

s)      Dedication of the Magical Child and cakes of light to BABALON;

t)       Meditation & Scrying of event;

To be performed on November 11th during the New Moon, 11 days after the completion of the 11 day ritual of Conception.

 

All participants should be well versed in “Emblems and their mode of use”.

 

Further note:  The Enochian structure can be adjusted to better suit a more desired Aether.  Should you choose to enter in to the 7^th Aether first then be sure to adjust the keys by which you call.  Remember that you are not calling on an elemental but one of the secret and most holy of beings.

 

 

Rituals Detailed

 

MEITHRAS ABRAXAS IAO SABAO

 

Prepare Temple for 2=0:

a)     BEAST Altar opposite the Super-Altar.

     --  food for the Beast, upon a hidden platter, back of the altar.  Disclose only when the doors

     ----  are bolted.

b)     Super-Altar for BABALON.  Set-up as instructed in Liber XV.

 

Prepare meal for Cakes of Light.

 

Prepare all Enochian Elements of ritual.

a)     Tablets, Holy Table, Sigil Dei Aemeth, & Talismans of Creation.

                   --  Set-up as per Dr. John Dee’s “True & Faithful”.

 

Prepare Scrying Stone.

a)     Scrying stone to be placed on Sigil Dei Aemeth.

 

All participants to be robed as per the “Lion” and “Eagle”.

a)     Women wear white capes or robes, Men wear Red capes or robes.

 

Opening of the Temple:

a)     Light “Lamp” candle;

b)     Light Elemental “great” candles;

c)      Light Elemental “binary” candles;

d)     Light Super Altar counter-charged candles;

e)     Light a single Red Candle on Super-Altar;

f)       Start charcoals;

g)     BABALON Incense placed onto charcoals;

h)    Striking of Bell 3-5-3;

i)       Declaration of “Will”.

Invocation of Holy Guardian Angel:

a)     Take up preferred Asana and begin meditation;

They covet and desire me with infinite appetite; for none that are earthly have embraced me, for I am shadowed with the Circle of the Stars, and covered with the morning clouds. The Lion knoweth not where I walk, neither do the beasts of the field understand me. I am deflowered, yet a virgin; I sanctify and am not sanctified. BABALON

The [Seventh] Invocation

 

The Dance of the BEAST and BABALON begins.

 

 

The BEAST and BABALON copulate and create the Magical Child.  I recommend the “lay down” version of the Star Sapphire.

 

It is best that the Elixir is created inside the womb of BABALON by the BEAST.  Other methods of “symbolic” attributes are possible, however, the mixture must not be vulgar or impure and must be mixed before being drained or placed into the cup.  The proper creation of the Elixir is critical to this ritual.

 

 

The Elixir is mixed in the woman then drained into the cup by BABALON.

          --  For therein is all power given.

 

 

The Cup is taken by BABALON and drained into the meal.

          --  The meal resides in a bowl that sits upon the Paten that sits upon the S-Altar.

 

 

(This process is repeated by each couple until BABALON is appeased)

 

 

After all is done the Master of the Temple closes the veils to the Super-Altar, then pierces the veil and steps into the shrine.  There he will perform the dedication unto BABALON as he has been instructed.

 

The meal is mixed and the Cakes of Light are formed.  The main cake of Light is taken from the mixture and left on the Paten.  The remaining mix is taken from the Temple AFTER the closing and baked.

 

 

 

Closure

 

 

The Veils to the Super Altar and to remain closed.

 

A meditation or Scrying is recommended at this point if participants see fit.

 

Perform the L.B.R.P.

 

License to Depart & Closing of Temple proceedings.

 

AS ABOVE, SO BELOW; AS WITHOUT, SO WITHIN.  There is no part of man that is not GOD; and there is no part of GOD that hath not its counterpart in man.
