I invocate and conjure you spirit ___, and being with power armed from the Supreme Majesty - IAO!

 

I strongly command and conjure you spirit ___, by the Serpent and the Lion, in his name BAPHOMET!

 

I strongly command and conjure you spirit ___, by our lady BABALON, in whom all power is given!

 

I strongly command and conjure you spirit ___, by Ra-Hoor-Khuit, the Lord of the Double wand of power, the wand of the force of Coph Nia!

 

That you forthwith appear and show your selves unto me here before this circle in a fair and human shape, without any deformity or ugly shape, and forthwith without delay do ye come, from all parts of the world, and make rational answers unto all things I shall ask of you, and come ye peaceable visibly and affably without delay, manifesting what I desire.  That forthwith you come without tarrying and fulfill my desires, and commands, and persist unto the end, and according to my intentions.
